My professional journey has started since 1992 working for a multinational logistic Holding in Türkiye. 

In the beginning, my duty was about official accounting and international accounting, all kinds of account reconciliations and reportings to the holding management. 

One year later, my duty increased as being a bridge between Türkiye branch and Holding including preparing budgets, controlling actual figures and comparising to the budget on monthly basis.

In 1996, I founded new companies in İstanbul on behalf of an international holding and I started this time as CFO for the local holding company in Istanbul. I got all official certificates and permission including IATA, national transportation licenses, bounded warehouse licenses and so on.

In early 2000’s, I got official account license and independent auditing license from the Tax Ministry by passing obligationary exams.

Then I founded my own accounting, auditing, consultant Office In the meantime, another logistic firms, international companies from India and Holding from Switzerland and Vaduz added to our portfolio.

Now, I have various domestic and international clients of my office. Please let me summary the list of our service as below;

We open a company in Türkiye, we issue all ordinary tax declarations and other official notifications to the Chamber of Commerce, the Social Security Association, for monthly, quarters and annual. We may report to management abroad in English. We may make budget or benefit your budget studies. We may control and report actual figures and compare to the budget on monthly basis. We may report about all items of income table and balance sheet temporary monthly and after closing year annual. 

We may give account at face to face meetings about budget and strict balance sheet in Istanbul or abroad. I was in London, Zurich, St.Gallen, Almaty and Dubai a lot of times for similar reasons. Moreover, I had organized personally business meetings in Istanbul Hilton, Sheraton, Rönesans, Cinar, Novotel and Marriott etc. for sometimes hundreds of CEOs, CFOs from different countries.
